Hebraic Roots Rantings

These "Hebraic Roots Rantings" were written when I first discovered our Hebraic Roots and was struggling with all of the different theological concepts one is hit with when they enter this movement. I originally wrote them to not only get my thoughts out there and work through some of my frustrations as traditional ideas within Christianity were challenged, but also to provoke discussion and receive feedback from friends within the Body that I was accountable to. As such, you will see difficult issues and varying tones as sensitive areas are explored and challenged. My spiritual immaturity will come forth however and as such, the tone and ideas expressed in these articles should not in any way be seen as a reflection of what is preached within my community of faith. That's not to say that everything in these rants is off the mark, but I do ask that no judgments be placed based upon them as they were very much my personal explorations as a new believer and not necessarily things taught or emphasized in my congregation. Nor do they represent things I currently believe or hold to be true either, since as I continue to grow in my faith and have better accountability, my theology has become much more grounded and refined. Christology in particular is a sensitive issue that, though I seem adamant in my early explanations, I now feel uncomfortable with them and at a point of learned helplessness in that I am unable to accurately explain it in the detail I desire. Nor is explaining it relevant to the mission that HaShem gives us in this world. Therefore I have written a simplified article about the facts of who Yeshua our Mashiach is. In that, please trust the Scripture, and in my earlier rants I pray that you will be able to sort the wheat from the chaff. I have left them up though to show you how it is possible to change and come to a clearer (or more humble) understanding of things when you submissively seek after HaShem and accept correction (though it is my earnest desire to re-write all of my early rants so that they would not promote anything which misses the mark, I simply do not have time at the moment).
NOTE: These articles all originally used the Sacred Name within it's text, but I have updated them all to reflect my current conviction and halacha which can be read about here.

Sacred Name Bible Reviews

Originally, one of the primary reasons I made this website back in the day was so that I could review versions of the Scriptures that attempt to restore the Divine Name of the Almighty. A faithful version of the Scriptures that is nicely bound and include both the Divine Name as well as accurate renderings of controversial passages is a rare thing. Yet, honest reviews of these versions can be even more rare, and so for those who are looking for a version of the Scriptures that has the Name, they are often left in the dark for what to buy. Therefore it is my goal here to try and provide thorough and objective reviews for the Sacred Name Bibles that are currently available to us. As far as I have seen, no other website out there tries to do this by reviewing all aspects of these rare versions of the Scriptures fairly. Many people believe that having the Divine Name restored into the text is the most important thing, but the problem is that even with the Divine Name present, there's no guarantee that there won't be other problems in the text or quality of the book. Therefore, for the sake of the Body of Mashiach, I present the following reviews...
NOTE: in this section of the website I will use the divine name for the sake of the intended audience; although, at the time of writing most of the articles I myself was also following Sacred Name theology and I was also very big on Aramaic primacy, so my theological stance will appear quite different as I review each text.

Netzarim Links

These are links to other Netzarim websites that may be helpful for growing in your relationship with our Heavenly Father, or at the very least help you to see and understand what the Netzarim movement is like today. The Nazarene label however has been adopted by many groups and movements out there who don't necessarily honor or bring glory to the Name of the Creator. In fact, sometimes they do the complete opposite and the entire Hebraic Roots or Messianic Movement suffers as a result of their lack of accountability. But the websites linked here will be ones that I feel are at least somewhat reliable and faithful to the halacha of Mashiyach (although some tones may be more much more critical than you are accustomed to). I cannot however comment on the people behind such websites who I do not know personally. What I can say is that there is certainly value in some of what they teach, and this is most important for us who are seeking to grow closer to HaShem and know how to sort the wheat from the chaff. Indeed, we must be able to glean by taking what is edifying and leaving the rest. So remember to always pray and seek guidance and council from the Ruach of HaShem. A strong relationship with Him can keep you protected from heresy, even when you have little other accountability.
NOTE: Things I do not endorse are mostly ideas concerning the sacred names and any overly critical attitudes towards Christendom that may be present (see Galatians 6:1). My personal thoughts regarding the sacred name are explained here and here.
